This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service, scheduling, and virtual assistant supportparticularly in healthcare or service-based businesses. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive prompt and compassionate service, caregivers are scheduled appropriately, and internal operations run smoothly.What You'll Do:Serve as a primary point of contact for client and caregiver inquiriesSchedule caregivers for patient visits and adjust assignments as neededCommunicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff to confirm availability, resolve issues, and ensure care continuityUpdate schedules in real-time using the agency's scheduling softwareFollow up on client satisfaction and service delivery concernsProvide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, file management, and documentationAssist with timesheet tracking, attendance monitoring, and shift updatesEnsure compliance with client care plans and scheduling protocolsManage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionSupport recruitment and onboarding efforts as needed (e.g., checking references, scheduling interviews)What We're Looking For:At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Customer Support SpecialistPrior experience in scheduling, administrative support, or healthcare-related workExcellent spoken and written English communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or CRM/Scheduling platformsReliable internet connection and ability to work independently during US hoursFlexible with schedule and willingness to work during wee hours when requiredStrong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionallyExperience working with a U.S.-based home health agencyFamiliarity with caregiver scheduling systemsBackground in HR, recruitment, or sales supportBasic understanding of HIPAA or data privacy regulationsWhy You'll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, we're redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
