Responsibilities:
Monitors calls, issuance of Letter of Guarantees and network queries
Evaluates, approves or denies availments from clinic/hospitals
Attends to client's queries, concerns, and complaints
Ensures that all confined clients are fully cognizant of their schedule of benefits and fully advised on means to reduce, minimize, contain hospital costs within their existing benefit limits
Can achieve the case feedback (15 mins TAT)
Fully accomplished LOG (details, amounts)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, or equivalent.
Required skill(s): excellent customer relationship management, ability to interact with different types of people.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
