Job Description
Provide medical oversight, expertise, and leadership to ensure the delivery of affordable, quality healthcare services.
Interpret clinical data and provide guidance on its use for the development and improvement of our health tech offerings.
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. . Serve as the clinical liaison to provide medical insights, ensuring our products are designed with the highest standards of patient care in mind. . Oversee the integration of new clinical services or offerings, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry regulations.
Work closely with regulatory and operations teams to ensure our health tech products meet all necessary regulations and standards.
Participate in business development and strategic planning activities, including proposals and presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Foster a high-performance culture and promote continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Act as a spokesperson for the company in matters pertaining to clinical operations, patient safety, and medical efficacy.
The Successful Applicant
MD degree from an accredited institution with a current medical license in good standing. . Board certification in an appropriate specialty preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience, with a substantial portion of that experience in leadership roles.
Familiarity with health tech industry standards, practices, and regulations.
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced growth environment is a plus.
Proven leadership experience in strategic planning and business development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in the use of health tech systems, including electronic medical records (EMRs) and telemedicine platforms
