Work schedule is 8am to 5pm
HMO upon hire plus dependent
The main responsibilities of aMedical Coding Team Leader - ED Facility/Inpatient include:
Handle day-to-day operations of the Coding and Auditing Services of the team
Ensure team delivers 100% of productivity and quality per client requirement.
Ensure team utilization based on the volume/attendance /attrition.
Identify the gaps in team by analysis and give corrective solution.
Facilitate process improvements.
Manage auditing and feedback.
Support coding team by discussing complex coding cases, answering questions, providing education and interfacing with both company and client leadership
Maintain and track the records for operation usage.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare related course
Excellent Anatomy and Physiology knowledge
Excellent in IP DRG coding Diagnosis, PCS coding with DRG coding
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in coding role
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a team lead
Excellent drive through results in previous organization
Certifications from AAPC or AHIMA is preferred
Should be flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent knowledge in MS office tools
A successful candidate should be prepared to submit and complete the following as part of onboarding requirements.
Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip
2x2 & Half body picture with white background
Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
Photocopy of 2 valid IDs front & back (government-issued)
Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
