Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Description:
Uses nursing skills to develop, implement and administer total health programs and services consistent with and in compliance with IBM's Corporate Health Services, and government regulations.
Creates a positive culture based upon prevention and promotion of employee health and wellness initiatives.
Provides high quality client service by demonstrating diplomacy, compassion and professional competency.
Oversees less experienced medical staff.
Works on special projects, providing leadership in developing and implementing total health strategies.
Assesses client needs, tracks issues for problem patterns, resolves individual employee questions or issues, prepares employee communications, implements and supports total health projects, makes changes to adapt to changing legislation, manages vendor relationships and negotiates contracts.
Teams with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, and financial aspects related to medical programs.
Demonstrates understanding of other Corporate Health Safety pillars.
Maintains a global perspective and a comprehensive understanding of business unit strategies. Provides advice and counsel to employees and managers.
The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program, licensed and registered, as a registered nurse the Philippines and in the US.
Must have unrestricted nursing license to practise in Manila and NCLEX passer
Must be Computer literate; willing to work shift and/or week ends (if needed)
