Work with us in the Philippines! We are looking for experienced Medical Billing Specialists who can work from Monday to Friday, to work from our BPO site. Candidates must have experience with Billing and Cash Posting to be considered. Main Responsibilities Include Collect and review referrals and pre-authorizations. Follow-up on missed payments and resolve financial discrepancies Examine patient bills for accuracy and request and missing information. Investigate and appeal denied claims. Help patients develop patient payment plans. Handle confidential information. Coordinate with respective personnel through emails and calls Requirements The minimum qualifications for this role are as follows: Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD-10 codes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities. Excellent customer service skill. Excellent English communication skills.
