Key Responsibilities
Performance Management of trainees
Guide, mentor and motivate trainees to meet their targets for each training phase
Monitor and maintain performance reports of trainees on a regular basis
Conduct regular feedback sessions
Implement need-based training on an as-needed basis in coordination with other departments
Home-based work
Late evening shifts, night shifts (which would change as per the requirement).
Learn and train new technologies and explore new opportunities.
Qualifications / Skills:
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 3 to 5 years work related experience
Skills: (Technical):
Very good knowledge in MS Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Learning Management System, e-learning module creation (not mandatory)
Fair knowledge about Medical Transcription/Coding/Billing. (US Healthcare RCM)
Skills: (People Management Skills): - Take initiative, Customer Focused, Effective communication (written & verbal), providing feedback and listening skills, team player, time management, conflict resolution skills
Skills: (Customer Relation Skills): - Excellent quality and accurate training, prompt and reliable, customer focused
Skills: (General): - Self-disciplined, honest, responsible, open to new challenges
