Overview:
Main role will handle claims management for an insurance company. Collects data and performs clerical or administrative support that requires understanding with disability policies and properly computes benefits due. Coordinate and assist customers through phone calls, emails, and faxes.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree holder of Nursing (BSN)
*Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) active license
*Minimum of 3 months working experience in a clinical setting as PHRN
*Good to have BPO voice account experience
*Knowledge with disability claims management process, ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT codes is a plus
*Amenable to work in a Shifting schedule
*Can work in different locations in Metro Manila
