The mission for the Senior Paid Traffic Specialist is to drive quality, targeted traffic to funnels that turn into leads, interest and sales. You will match the best sources of media to the client. You will work hand in hand with our paid traffic team as well as CEO & COO.
The outcomes expected of this individual are:
-Setup and Manage >15 campaigns on a monthly basis. This means setting up landing pages and matching the landing page with a paid traffic medium that will convert the best.
- >20% time spent analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
- >20% time spent testing new techniques. With the constant changing landscape of media buying, you should constantly be testing new mediums, methods and tactics to produce better results. One of our core values is to be on the leading edge, so we need to stay on that edge with paid traffic.
Competencies (These are MUSTs):
Google Ads- A ROCKSTAR in Google Ads and Tracking
Analytical - Numbers and hard data drive your decisions.
Attention to detail - Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project. Every word counts. Add the word "happiness" to your cover letter for brownie points.
Communication - Speaks and writes clearly and articulately.
Distiller - Ability to understand and translate complex concepts and technical information into practical marketing language
Efficiency - Able to produce significant output with one piece of content. (A blog post becomes an infographic and repurposed as a video script for example.)
Proactivity - Acts without being told what to do. Has an ability to foresee needs before they arise.
Work ethic - Processes a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes work long hours to get the job done. Has a track record of working hard.
Preferred Skills and Experiences:
3+ years' experience in digital marketing
A proven ability to write direct response copy.
Facebook Ad Buying
Google Adwords
Leadpages experience is a plus
Infusionsoft experience is a plus
Split Testing / A/B testing experience
