ELJ BUILDERS Inc. came into full existence in the construction industry on the year 1989. A family corporation owned and managed by a hardworking and proficient man who further acquired his knowledge and expertise in the field during his stint in the reputable real estate and construction companies, Aboitiz Real Estate and Construction division and the Gorones Development Corporation, both subsidiary companies of Aboitiz & Company Inc. respectively.
 
The company’s formation is the result of perseverance, dedication and hard work of a man driven with independence and excellence. These traits became evident when ELJ BUILDERS, Inc. still in its formative years on the time when the country experienced an economic slump brought about by natural calamities and political unrest, have survived during the early stages of its operation.

Qualifications:
With Professional License as Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least 1 year of working experience as Mechanical Engineer in Construction Industry
Knows how to operate CNC Machine
Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation, able to read and interpret full size drawings
Knowledgeable on preparing mechanical computations such as pump capacity, pipe sizes, etc.
Ability to ensure timely implementation of project work schedule involving equipment, piping installation activities, etc.
Must be willing to travel outside Cebu Project.
