Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of HVAC principles, hands-on experience with air conditioning units, and a strong ability to contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of efficient cooling systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, analyze, and optimize air conditioning systems for various applications, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
2. Conduct detailed calculations to determine cooling loads, airflow, and equipment sizing for projects.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate air conditioning systems into overall building designs or existing structures.
4. Provide technical expertise in the selection of HVAC components, including compressors, fans, coils, and controls.
5. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of air conditioning units, ensuring adherence to specifications and regulations.
6. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing HVAC systems, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into air conditioning system designs.
8. Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
9. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to meet project deadlines and budgetary constraints.
