Prepares maintenance work planning schedule and weekly roll over of all process equipment to ensure high equipment reliability and availability.
Formulates maintenance plans and programs to achieve high equipment availability and reliability at the least maintenance cost.
Monitors the contracted maintenance projects to ensure that all are carried out with no re-works.
Monitor work accomplished VS Generated.
Monitor work waiting for material vs work generate.
Monitor work rescheduled vs work request generated.
