Job Summary:
As a Mechanical Engineer at ICON Equipment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and efficiency of our heavy equipment fleet. You will work closely with our technical team to oversee asset management and offer expert advice to enhance service operations.
Main Functions:
Conducting regular assessments of heavy equipment assets to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Developing and implementing comprehensive technical training programs for our service technicians.
Collaborating with the service team to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues.
Monitoring equipment maintenance schedules and providing expert guidance to improve efficiency.
Assisting in the development of maintenance budgets and cost-effective strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and performance.
Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in the heavy equipment industry, with a strong background in asset management and technical training.
In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Has a driver's license and is able to drive.
