Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering
With at least 1 year of related work experience
Willing to be assigned at the ( Las Piñas)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimates (Rehash) supplied materials, ensures timely delivery and monitors inventory of OSM and subcontractor materials
Review plans/drawings and ensures correct implementation
Manages / Coordinates with Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor
Participates on toolbox meeting and ensures safe work practices are implemented
Monitors productivity of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection Subcontractor
Secures approval of shop drawings prior to implementation
Checking of As-Built plans and ensuring accuracy of submitted As-Built
Reconciles change order and closing of account with the Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
Billing evaluation of Plumbing / Sanitary and Fire Protection contractor
