We are looking for a highly analytic, team player, competent, result oriented and responsible candidate who can fill the role of a Mechanical Engineer. Candidate must be knowledgeable in hydraulic system and able to read and analyze diagrams and mechanical drawings.
Mechanical Engineer will be working closely with the After Sales Service Supervisor and the rest of the service team, and will require excellent interpersonal skills as well as communication skills.
Job Description :
The mechanical Engineer is responsible for all mechanical work carried out on the assigned job site, new installations, maintenance and repair of heavy equipment (Hidromek).
Organizes the weekly schedule of works of the various teams of mechanics in accordance with the work requests and maintenance requests approved by the t Senior Engineer, prepare written work orders for the worker.
Supervises and ensures that the works given to a team are done properly and in the allowed time.
Records and provides the superior hierarchy accurate reports of the various works in process or finalized.
Provides technical assistance to the mechanical worker when needed.
Ensures adherence of the whole team of mechanicals to proper safety and quality procedures.
Supervises the mechanical works carried out by the various vendors or subcontractor.
Establish the list of necessary spare parts to perform the works prepares and validates the Store Issue Notes, including Cost Codes, in accordance with the Work Orders received.
May direct and supervise the work of others when assigned and perform other tasks as directed.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams
Ability to perform alignment check on all machines, diagnose and make corrections.
Basic electrical wiring and welding skills.
Must have proven experience in heavy equipment and machineries maintenance (Not building and facilities maintenance)
Able to troubleshoot faulty machines and able to perform mechanical repairs
Understands and supports safety requirements
Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
Open for flexible working hours
Willing to be trained and grow with the company
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree, Professional Licensed (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical ) or equivalent.
Preferably single
Computer skills are required, use of Standard software (Microsoft suite) and use of specific software for maintenance.
Must know how to drive with professional driver's license
Salary and Benefits:
Php 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 starting monthly salary
