1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and HVAC systems. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
3. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, develop effective solutions, and implement repairs in a timely manner.
4. Skilled in using a wide range of tools, instruments, and diagnostic equipment. Experience with vibration analysis, thermography, and other condition monitoring techniques.
5. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
6. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to team members, managers, and other stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
