Job Description 1. Works with the Mechanical Designers to deliver the mechanical designs solutions such as ventilation, air conditioning and fire system in compliance with the approved design and code requirement.
2. Ensuring that all mechanical and fire protection plans are reviewed and within the requirement and design parameters.
3. Research and propose innovative mechanical and fire protection design solutions for time, cost and construction efficiency.
4. Preparing specifications for purchases of materials needed at the site.
5. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
6. Overseeing and maintaining the mechanical fire system equipment of the company.
7. To review the operations / design/ functioning of a particular system / building and provide solutions for rectification of issue or improvement in efficiency.
8. To ensure the vendors or tenants of our properties implement the design in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and / or plumbing systems for any new or upcoming site & ensures that its done as per the design intent.
Job Qualifications • Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
