Job Descriptions
Supervises and leads all maintenance processes in the operations
Coordinates maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up
Identifies areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
Develops maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff
Responds to emergency calls for maintenance
Manages the setup and take down of different events
Performs troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
Communicates plans for upper-level improvements to maintenance worker staff
Contacts and schedules repairmen and extra help as needed
Performs administrative tasks as required
Delegates tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
