•Overall management of Front-Line tools (Dispense and wedge tools), Engineering drawings, and machine shop.•Supervise, train and evaluate Front-Line Tooling Custodians and draftsmen.•Maintain 100% availability of spare parts for FOL Tooling.•Control of drawing releases, obsolescence, and revisions. Transfer of supplier's drawing to Nexperia template.•Technical discussion with suppliers related to tooling, machine, jigs and fixtures designs.•Release regular update on tooling inventory, drawings completion, drawing work orders, weekly accomplishment report and other required updates.•Comply to all internal and external audits including the customers and ISO audits.•Oversee the inhouse machine shop (operated by 3rd party), control of work orders, and review of billings and contracts.•Meet all defined Key Performance Indices.•Initiate and implement cost reduction projects•Generate 8D, Work instruction, Procedures and conduct technical trainings.•Ensure all metrology tools calibrated at all time.•Comply with the proper operating procedures of 5S, safety and health standards/regulations.•Support and implement Environmental Management System with respect to the job.•Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior.
