MECHANICAL ENGINEERPHILSTAR INTERNATIONAL SERVICES CORP

Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related (MEPFS) works at site as per approved drawings, specifications, methodology and safety
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any job.
Estimates, prepares take offs & requisitions, and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all mechanical and related works prior to execution
Spreadheads a team of skilled tradesmen: HVAC Technicians, Sheetmetal Workers, Plumbers, Pipe Fitters and related crew to accomplish a common goal to satisfy MEPFS Scopes of works
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the project manager/superintendent/department head for approval prior to execution at site.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site
Plans the execution of all Mechanical related works and interfaces the works to related trades (i.e civil, structural, architectural, electrical, etc)
Liase with suppliers, solutions providers, and subcontractors on technical and field related matters.
Ensure project is completed on time and within budget
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5 solid years of experience as MEPFS
