Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): time management, flexible at work, willing to assign in different areas, can handle pressure, AutoCad.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities
Attend coordination meeting
Knowledge in designing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection including duct sizing (manually and using ductulator), CHW pipe sizing, sewer, drain and vent piping sizing and lay-out, cold water and hot water piping sizing and lay-out; sprinkler pipe sizing and lay-out, fire pump, jockey pump and sprinkler pipe acc sizing and familiarization
Can design chilled water system, centralized system, design VRF system & split-type system
May assign to different locations
Evaluate billing of sub-contractors of projects he/she handling.
