Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide designs and estimates the cost of the project.
Responsible for mechanical project/construction works and related activities. This includes, but not limited to the completion of all mechanical installation works of the project at the site in accordance with project specifications and the data to develop electrical layouts.
Prepares BOQ and materials take off for all assigned projects.
Evaluates mechanical work progress, material status, and quality control reports and implement necessary countermeasure to ensure that all are in accordance with the project requirement.
Conducts technical screening of all engineering designs.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Highly analytical, committed, and detail-oriented.
