Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Report and coordinate with in Charge Supervisor or Manager all matters relative to the proper operation of the WWTP, Raw Water System, Electrochlorination and Deionization Plant/Reverse Osmosis.
-All repairs required for the process equipment, buildings and other facilities that would impact operations should be coordinated and reported in time.
-Coordinate and manage other specified secondary maintenance services provided by the equipment suppliers.
-Monitor and manage other specialized maintenance and cleaning of the MBR membrane as per operation and maintenance manual and commissioning parameters.
-Document all required parameters, operations and maintenance activities. A monthly summary of performance shall be submitted.
-Provide an analysis of the performance and provide recommendations to ensure the continuous, trouble free and compliant operations.
-Conduct the regular monthly meeting to review and discuss operation and maintenance activities. The meeting shall include discussions on continuous improvement in operations and initiatives to generate cost savings.
-Design and implement emergency response procedures involving accidents in daily operation.
-Take necessary precautions and exercise due diligence in the executions of its undertakings as to not cause injury, damage or losses to person and property premises and shall consequently indemnify for whatever payments, illness and damages it made to pay or suffer by reason of contractor's causing damage, injury or loss to person or property.
-Provide appropriate approve PPEs to its personnel working in the facility.
