Ensures a complete and updated inventory of all equipment owned by the Company.
Monitors the fuel intake of every equipment, their positioning, as well as the necessary and urgent repairs to be made if any.
Communicates daily with drivers/operators to track their whereabouts as well as direct them during urgent completion of a project.
Ensure that property is fully utilized, safeguarded from misuse of theft, and that unneeded personal property is promptly reported for re-utilization, redistribution, or disposal
Inspect inventories and improve accuracy of accountability of property
Implement and manage the property system of the company
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
With at least 1-3 years of experience is a plus
Has adequate knowledge of equipment and how to handle them
Well verse in MS Excel and MS Word Application
Good communication skills
