QUALIFICATIONS: Review and check specifications, drawings and other data submitted by tenants, ensuring its compliance with acceptable standards. Coordinate with the leasing department to understand the needs and requirements of the tenants. Supervise and check related construction/renovation activities. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Should also demonstrate a thorough understanding of drafting and design practices and theories With good communication skills.
