Mechanical Design EngineerSt. Luke's Medical Center

The incumbent implements completion of the mechanical engineering design documentation for upgrading and/or renovation projects in accordance to established policies and procedures. This shall be undertaken through proper coordination with end-user's upgrading or renovation requirements, prepare concept plans, for approval, encode detailed working drawings and specifications and submit recommendation of all assigned projects for approval by management.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Mechanical Design / Engineering Supervisory position in building maintenance and/or major construction projects.
Must have previously handled a design and/or construction team.
Strong background in facilities engineering, construction, installations, coupled with some exposure to manufacturing processes. This will include operating knowledge of electrical, mechanical, civil, structural and architectural processes / tools for new building construction as well as thorough knowledge of all applicable OSHA, Safety and building codes.
Willing to work at Global City.
