Description
Duties and Task Performed:
Correct vehicle deficiency by removing, repainting, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts or systems.
Conducts regular checking and inspection of the trucks.
Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and damaged parts.
Keeps equipment available for use by completing preventive maintenance schedule; installing components and parts upgrades.
Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives; adjusting control and systems.
Maintains Equipment and vehicle records and annotating services and repairs.
Enhance maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform related duties as assigned.
