MECHANIC SUPERVISOR
 
Qualifications:
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, BIT-AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY, or VOCATIONAL COURSE.
With TESDA Automotive Servicing NCII is an advantage.
At least 3-4 years of background as a Mechanic (can be Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration).
Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is a plus with excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Internal Combustion Engines (Diesel and Gasoline engines) and Hydraulic Systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Keen to details and must have strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be committed and understand that DEADLINE IS DEADLINE.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanics and technicians.
Responsible for daily activities pertaining to fleet operations.
Monitoring and reporting of truck status.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and services performed.
Generate reports detailing work completed, parts used, and other relevant information.
Maintain compliance with documentation requirements for warranty claims and customer records.
