Job Description
The Encoder is responsible in encoding all production data in meat operations. He/She ensures correctness and timeliness of production reports. He/she is required to comply all personnel safety, food safety, quality and sanitation standards set by the company. He/she is also responsible for contributing to the food safety, quality and productivity objectives of the plant.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: At least College graduate WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least one (1) year in related experience

Additional information CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Working knowledge on meat operations Detail-oriented with good organizing and coordination skills Had a knowledge on different meat cuts, meat quality and preparation
