Duties and Responsibilities:
Outline 3D images using the client's technology by measuring accurately each facet and labeling objects, damages, and another part of the customer's roof. Models were generated thru drone assist technology and the advocate needs to ensure that measurement is accurately placed and all objects, facets, and holes are identified and labeled.
Measurements:
Measure roof sizes accurately.
Identify roof types.
Identify roof parts where flashings are installed and not installed.
Identify objects and determine if they are roof materials or just random items placed on the roof.
Detect roof damages and its types.
Identify roof materials used.
Solar panel detection.
Object Labeling
Provide feedback to improve the overall process.
Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
High School Diploma or equivalent, Freshers, college level
Willing to work on shifting schedules, extended working hours, and/or holidays, as required
Ability to effectively perform each essential duty listed above.
Must have good eye-hand coordination, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
Proficient in web-based platforms and tools.
Ability to follow instructions/directions and work independently.
Willingness to learn and understand technical processes.
Ability to achieve accuracy or thoroughness in accomplishing tasks
Adobe Photoshop/AutoCAD experience is not necessarily needed but would be an advantage
Experienced with gaming controls and/or 3D technology
Love for cutting edge technology
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to be trained on-site (Mandaluyong), but on a WFH set up
candidate must have a stable internet connection- no less than 10Mbps internet speed
