Responsibilities
Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship
Promote business growth from existing clients by ensuring they receive world-class responsiveness, accuracy and timeliness of specialized services
Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development
Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints
Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and client addressing each facet of
implementation for every project, to include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments
Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation to clients
Help build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
Manage performance of assigned functional areas and personnel through metrics that address
quantitative, qualitative, and fiscal key performance indicators (KPI's) as well as personnel productivity
Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Support business growth prospecting activities including participation in sales activities
Continually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture
Skill Requirement
Bachelor's degree holder
Must have at least 12 years of experience in Data Analytics
Must have at least 5 years of experience as Data Analytics Manager
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Strong oral and written communication skills supporting a required ability to articulate clear ideas and strategies
Must have an experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power Bi, etc.
SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills
Computer literacy to include advanced capabilities in tools such as Visio, Excel, pivot tables, and other web-based applications
Must be willing to go back on-site once recalled
