PURPOSE OF JOB:
You will be responsible for assigned projects - to track material costs and to support both procurement and finance organizations in the control of these costs at project level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the governance and reporting processes relating to the projects' Material TAC (Total-at-Completion) and its Change Management:
- Creation, comparison, and analysis of project material reports supporting three key cost areas: Committed, Forecasted, Budgeted.
- Understanding business and project behaviors to relate impact on our project material costs.
- Monitor and relate project change items - e.g. PCRs (Project Change Requests), ASIP-related items (Alstom Sourcing Improvement Program), and risk and opportunities.
- Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders on TAC-related items for projects handled.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the reporting process by linking procurement data/practices to financial data.
REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in any discipline.
At least 2-3 years relevant experience in procurement function preferably Product Related in rail or equivalent engineering equipment industry.
Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and reporting.
Preferably gained experience in SAP or equivalent ERP environment.
2nd shift starting 1PM, must be flexible (1 PM- 10 PM).
Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
