Duties and Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the evaluation of all required associated parts on all MPD related task.
2.Prepare BOM (Bill of materials) on each respective check (A, C, OOPs Line and Base) and provide FMM for ordering, pooling, and execution.
3.Issues preload list on each respective work package and checks.
4.Coordinate with subcontracted MROs on the material and tooling availability prior scheduling and loading of assigned workloads.
5.Liaise with Production Planning and ensure pre load / tooling list are complete.
6.Administer staggering program plan in coordination with FMM, Technical purchasing and Shortterm planning to ensure program will be properly executed.
7.In-charge of maintenance task card update in Company system to ensure revisions, amendments to material requirement on the active Maintenance program are well accounted.
8.Responsible for coordinating with the Supervisor -Long Term Planning, all planned checks and routine works.
9.Completed other project as assigned.
10.Ensure/ check/ monitor/ verify that issued work input would tally with the planned work output.
11.To actively participate in CEB SMS by ensuring that highest reasonable level of safety performance is achieved by complying with all applicable safety and security laws, regulations and standards and by reporting all accidents, incidents and hazards.
12.To observe company rules and regulations
Qualifications
Preferably with Degree in Aeronautical engineering or any aviation related course
Preferably with at least 1 year work experience as a Material Planner.
Preferably with PRC license or CAAP license
Fresh graduates with related internship experience may also apply.
