Description
1. Checking and receiving of all incoming materials delivery.
2. Issuance of materials based on MRIS (Material Requisition Issuance Slip)
3. Verifying the quantities of all incoming RTW materials received (from Plant to Warehouse or vice versa).
4. Confirming the quantities of Finished Goods received to the STR (Stock Transfer Receipt) vs actual.
5. Keep and maintain records of all stocks and materials in the organization
6. Reporting details and damages to the supervising authority
7. Follow instructions of the supervisor
8. Filing warehouse documents
9. Proper handling of the received stocks
10. Ensuring cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse area.
11. Placing tags and labels on the inventory stock
12. Preparing reports of inventory balances and any shortages
13. Coordinating with team members and other internal departments of the organization.
14. Controlling all Raw, Packaging Materials issued against Production usages.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
