Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to coordinate the collection, maintenance, accuracy, stewardship, semantic consistency and accountability of the enterprise’s official shared Master Data assets including customers, suppliers, products and Pricing in the core business systems. The Master data Specialist works with analysts, internal departments and commercial business units to resolve data issues and carries out Mass data system updates as necessary in line with defined data standards.
· Identifies issues that need to be escalated appropriately and offers suggestions for resolution.
· Support the team’s Subject Matter Expert with escalation/s for customer/stakeholder related queries and concerns in order to resolve issues in a timely manner therefore providing exceptional service.
· Assists in the delegation of tasks and proposes streamlined workload assignments
· Influences, oversees and provides guidance on internal workflows, SOPs, Work Instructions.
· Documents process or action steps identified through actual work, process gaps, calibration and/or floor Support.
· Writes or updates relevant work instructions, standard operating procedures, forms, work flows and other form of documentation.
· Acts as back up to the team’s Subject Matter Expert for procedural updates, changes and/or new process roll-out
· Responsible for the management and publication of the various reports needed by the department
· Perform data quality checks on a regular basis; device data quality methods to ensure accurate master data
· Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives; influences implementation of process improvement activities.
Qualifications:
· Communication Skills - The candidate must have a good communication skills
· Master Data Expertise - Have an expertise on all main master data functions: Customer, Pricing, Vendor, or Material (2 or 3 Master Data Domains will be fine)
· Data Quality - Assume ownership and responsibility for data accuracy of all Master Data set ups and changes by performing relevant data quality checks, audits and reviews
· Experienced Trainer - Train new team member while maintaining current duties and responsibilities.
· UAT Background - Performs relevant User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing in SAP, CRM and other applications relevant to daily work activities.
· Functional/Technical Skills – Mass Loading of Data (XD99, LSMW etc)
· Process Improvement
· Skilled in working on complex assignments or projects (i.e. planning scope, agreeing on timelines/deliverables, delivering tasks on or before set deadline)
SALARY: Up to 40-45K
Amenable to work in a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE
WFH setup until further notice

Salary: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
