By ensuring that customer, vendor, and general ledger data meet the highest quality standards, this role underpins the success of our global ERP platform and finance operating model.As the guardian of master data, you will ensure seamless integration across systems, enforce global data governance standards, and partner with Finance Shared Services (FSSC), IT, and process owners to guarantee that finance processes remain consistent, audit-ready, and compliant.You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, governance, and seamless integration of finance master data across ERP platforms - providing strategic oversight, expert guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support efficient, standardized global finance processes.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure master data (customers, vendors, chart of accounts, cost centers, items, etc.) complies with global definitions and policies.
Maintain governance processes for master data creation, change, and deactivation.
Support harmonization of master data structures across regions and functions.
Partner with Integration Leads, IT, and ERP teams to ensure seamless data integration between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
Monitor data quality and resolve issues with regional teams.
Develop and maintain reporting for data accuracy and compliance.
Work with Integration Leads (OTC, STP, RTR, Billing) to ensure master data supports standardized finance processes.
Provide expertise during ERP rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
Conduct impact assessments of master data changes on business processes.
Drive data quality improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance frameworks.
Support training and capability-building of regional teams on master data governance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
Data Governance or ERP certifications.
5+ years of experience in finance master data management.
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion or similar).
Data governance and master data management expertise.
Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Strong collaboration skills across Finance, IT, and Operations.
Attention to detail with high-quality standards.
Ability to manage priorities in a complex, global environment.
