Master Data Analyst - Amplify - 1B
Role Summary:
The Master Data Analyst position is responsible for assigning item/material part numbers and descriptions and maintaining these materials in NetSuite with the proper price and description. This role is responsible for timely data entry of material and item data entry for NetSuite, SpecRight, GS1 and 1WS. This role is responsible for changes to data for item/material data updates in NetSuite, SpecRight, GS1 and 1WS. This role coordinates with the Transformation Management Office(TMO) team, Bill of Materials(BOM) Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) team by being a steward of company policies, procedures, timelines and master data governance. The role should leverage existing and propose new technology solutions to improve workflow and master data creation, maintenance and archival. This role will also support the TMO team in Master Data Governance initiatives by maintaining the BOM data handoff from the BOM manager as well as attending Governance Council cross functional meetings. Ultimately this role will be responsible in maintaining data accuracy.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Validation and Processing
Create and maintain product/material master records for business units across the company within NetSuite, SpecRight, 1WorldSync and GS1. Before creation of a new record in NetSuite and other systems, confirm that data is correct and approved by responsible parties.
Creation and Maintenance
Creates and maintains BOM data for Items in NetSuite and SpecRight. Before creation/modification of data, confirms that new entries are correct and approved by BOM manager and PMO Team.
Responsible for SpecRight and 1WorldSync communication for item creation or modification.
Stakeholder Management
Coordination and communication with PMO teams, Brand Teams, Supply Chain and Operations through T. Wood for data related to Item or Materials.

Knowledge:
Strong computer skills with accuracy
Knowledge on ERP systems
Able to learn NetSuite including data creation, maintenance and production bill of material structure, process implementation and Product Change Management system.
Able to learn GS1, 1WorldSync and SpecRight
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel Analytics/Pivot Tables)

Education/Experience:
Education: Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field preferred or equivalent relevant experience
Experience:
At least 3 years total work experience in Master Data management in any domain (Customer, Vendor, or Material)
At least 3 year experience working in an ERP System (SAP/Oracle/JDE)
Must be amenable to work on a Night Shift schedule
Must have a strong and stable broadband connection
Must have a strong verbal and written English Communication Skills
Strong preference given to candidates with Product and Material domain experience
Strong preference given to candidates with experience in Netsuite
Strong preference given to candidates with Engineering background
Strong preference given to candidates with experience in different workstreams
Must have strong business partnering experience with internal and external stakeholders
Must have a degree of critical and analytical thinking skills
