- Work on site
- College Graduate / Undergraduate or Senior High School
- Atleast 6 months of work experience (Banking / Finance related)
- B2 AM Score
Responsibilities:
- To accommodate order & service requests, online payment
To assist customers with new account applications, account verification, queries, etc.
To route calls only when necessary
To attend to balance inquiries, payment settlement and basic technical concerns
