MASS HIRING JOIN NOW! Call Center Agent Inbound Sales Agent for our US Telco B2B Campaign in Taguig City. Earn up to 28,000/monthly
An inbound sales agent is responsible for receiving and handling sales inquiries from customers through inbound calls, chats, or emails. They play a critical role in helping customers find the products or services they need and converting them into paying customers. Key responsibilities may include:
-Answering inbound calls and inquiries from customers related to products or services
-Identifying customer needs and providing relevant information about products or services
-Building rapport with customers and establishing trust
-Closing sales by overcoming objections and securing customer commitments
-Accurately recording customer information and interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
-Upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers where appropriate
-Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor information, and product knowledge
-Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience. Preferably in a Telco and/or sales account but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work on-site
- Willing to work on shifting/weekends/holidays/graveyard shift.
