Job Responsibilities:
Answers phone calls and provide important information/ assistance to clients.
Checks mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance.
Manages computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of responding to customer queries.
Communicates with the customer on the phone or using written correspondence to take care of concerns.
Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must at least reached 2nd year College or possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
High school graduates are welcome to apply.
Good English language conversation skills.
Computer and Web proficient.
Willing to deliver the results in QC, Valenzuela, Bulacan, Malabon, Novaliches and be designated to changing work schedules.
