The right candidate should be a self-starter that will take on the organizational challenges to optimize our FBA inventory strategy. They will be a team player that is data driven and sets priorities to increase profitability. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross functional teams to develop and/or improve work flow.
Analyze FBA supply chain processes to identify or recommend optimizations and improvements
Communicate with internal teams in an organized, detailed and efficient manner to ensure clear visibility to production planning and FBA logistics operations
Maintain databases that compile and organize logistics information
Pull, prepare and submit replenishment orders for Amazon fulfillment centers, as business necessitates
Maintain in-stock and on-order levels, proactively reporting all opportunities to internal teams to ensure enough inventory to exceed sales goals
Monitor and manage excess, stranded, and aged inventory continually to improve Amazon IPI metrics
Reconcile returns and shipments discrepancies with internal teams
Understand and have ability to navigate Amazon's systems with know-how to help resolve any Amazon.com issues that may arise
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or 2+ years of relevant work experience
1+ years of work experience with Amazon Seller Central and Ecommerce Inventory Systems
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, planning and execution of FBA Strategies
Independent and motivated with a drive and willingness to take ownership over activities while adapting to quickly changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with multiple departments
Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Teams, OneDrive
Additional Desirable Experience:
Experience with Profit & Loss statements
Retail operations experience with forecasting and replenishment preferred
An understanding of Amazon account operations, logistics, and the fees
