Job Overview
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Account Support Specialist with strong Amazon account management experience and a passion for learning. This role plays a key part in managing marketplace operations, product listings, reporting, and customer experience. You will collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations and help drive the growth of our online business.
 
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Management - Update weekly and monthly reports to track and monitor brand performance.
Administrative Support - Maintain marketplace roadmaps, handle cases related to inventory, content, and account health, and draft POAs & appeals.
Catalog Management - Create and update product listings (manual & bulk uploads), troubleshoot listing errors, and ensure catalog consistency.
Customer Service - Manage A-Z claims, chargebacks, returns, reviews, and negative feedback to maintain account health.
Enhanced Content - Upload and troubleshoot enhanced content, storefront designs, and brand stories.
Promotions & Deals - Support the execution of promotional campaigns to boost sales and visibility.
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Amazon account management.
Strong knowledge of listing creation, inventory & shipping processes, bulk uploads, and case management.
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, and Gmail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with Shopify or other marketplaces is a plus.
