The Marketing Team Leader is accountable for overall performance of the marketing team & function including driving qualified leads, branding and communication of our company message to the market, and aligning marketing objectives with the company's overall business strategy. This role will also drive internal company messaging, communications and amplify our business strategy and culture. The Marketing Team Lead is part of the growth team and partners with the rest of the growth leads and sales team to ensure that marketing commitments are meeting the company objectives.
Responsibilities
Evaluate all marketing efforts from multiple data sources, processes and technology to understand and measure the effectiveness of marketing projects and ad spends.
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating campaigns, and partnering with Sales in developing high performing strategies
Develop and lead marketing partners to assist with developing new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader..
Centalize and align all marketing strategies that will drive growth for acquisition.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all platforms with a strong focus on knowledge of high quality lead generation.
Be a branding expert and know-how to help us maximize visibility while creating marketplace clarity with our branding positioning.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related discipline recommended.
Minimum 3-5 years B2C and B2B marketing experience in SEO, Communications, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or other relevant fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, including the ability to write in different styles for different audience types and goals (i.e. demand, thought leadership, sales enablement).
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
Shown success of driving results-oriented marketing programs and continuous improvements through impactful insights and recommendations.
Project management skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with consumer-facing brands.
Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated social marketing campaigns.
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Ability to create compelling and customer obsessed sales and marketing collateral and marketing materials with a high attention to detail.
Proven expertise in content distribution best practices and experience designing content .
Team player who is willing to pitch in on a variety of content-related projects.
Love for the creative process including brainstorming.
