Job Description
General Duties
. Execute marketing strategy
. Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
. Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
. Perform market and client research.
. Create reports on marketing performance.
. Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
. Organize and manage marketing collateral.
Detailed Duties
. Close coordination with stakeholders (eg. Supermalls, SM Store, SM Markets, agencies, Business Units, Retail Affliates, External Partners, etc) in relation to acquisition efforts (eg. permit processing, location and set-up, ingress and egress, etc.)
. Collate reports from partners (eg. post mortem reports, incident reports, acquisition reports, etc.)
. Follow up various requests from internal and external partners (eg. artworks, copies, logos, ect.)
. Does QA for collaterals
. Creates and prepares minutes of meetings attended and cascade to attendees
. Keeps tabs of schedules and makes sure deadlines are met
. Checks on red flags in marketing efforts and raises them to managers immediately
. Manage day to day administrative tasks such as processing of billings and accrual monitoring
