MARKETING SUPERVISOR / MANAGER
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Supervisor/Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing and possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, solid knowledge in marketing and the ability to train new members of the team.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals
Develop and manage marketing budgets and report on return of investment (ROI)
Train and mentor new members of the marketing team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong strategic thinking abilities with a focus on achieving business objectives
Ability to train and mentor new members of the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software
