MARKETING SUPERVISOR CPO (CEBU-BASED)
 
The role is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing programs. Prepares yearly promotional programs and coordinates closely with Merchandising Department regarding its details for further evaluation and feed backing. Prepares annual budget for marketing campaigns and promotions. Cascades program to the stores including the timely delivery of the needed materials. Does extensive and intensive research relevant to promotions and events. Prepares write-ups, pictorials and others for press release. Propose new ideas in the marketing campaign to drive sales and foot traffic.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree any field.
At least 2-3 year(s) of background/experience in handling marketing of a retail company or any related industry
Proficient in navigating Microsoft Office Applications
Digital savvy and a team player
Able to communicate with people within the different levels in the organization
Supervisory level specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
