Develop marketing strategy to meet Shopee's growth objectives across a wide array of product categories and services
Work closely with Marketing leadership to solve problems and drive initiatives with strong business impact
Lead project teams of various sizes to ensure the end to end completion of key strategic growth projects
Directly assist Shopee Philippines senior management in executing projects end to end
Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Business Development, and Operations team
Requirements:
Has at least 10-12 years solid experience in marketing strategy
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Analytical and able to think in a data-driven manner
Experience working with management consulting companies or high growth tech companies
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
