JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for clerical management of IPC documentations and reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Receives report of department heads for compilation and for monthly hospital IPC report.
2. Check e-mail
3. Files the statement of accounts of bills or other documents.
4. Collect all reports submitted to IPC.
5. Inventory of office supplies and equipment.
6. Attend office supplies, surveillance forms and get the requested supplies at GSR and CSR.
7. Coordinates and documents the IPC meeting and other meetings.
8. Do the report and handles the records of TB DOTS and all IPC reports.
9. Does other task that may assign from time to time.
10. Collects all required document for OHAT packages and submit to CDH Philhealth officer.
11. Ensure proper monitoring of the documentation system and implement quality management system.
12. Undertakes the 5S in the workplace.
13. Undertakes the following Safety standards:
a. Works in accordance with accepted safety practices and standards established by the employer in compliance with the provisions of this Standards.
b. Reports unsafe conditions and practices to the supervisor by making suggestions for correction or removal of accidental hazards.
c. Cooperates actively with the Health and Safety Committee.
d. Assist government agencies in the conduct of health and safety inspection or other.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
