Duties and Responsibilities
· Conducts product and technical training for newly hired employees.
· Manage existing and new brands assigned to handle.
· Prepares marketing materials for Sales and assists them in product presentation from time to time.
· In-charge in the preparation and design of trade exhibition booths.
· In-charge in coordinating and negotiating trade exhibits with the event organizer.
· Design and conceptualize marketing materials such as product catalogs, flyers, posters, etc. for the company.
· Closely coordinate with the Social Media Manager/Creative/Marketing team
· Assist in all product promotion
o Sales promotion
o Trade shows and exhibits
o Etc.
· Conducts market research and prepares product info sheet and training materials if needed.
· Drive overall brand performance on a daily basis.
· Ensures products/brand maintain competitiveness in the market
· Provides and suggests overall business strategy and direction for the growth of the brands assigned
· Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
II. Requirements:
· Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business/Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
· Has knowledge with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and other Photo-editing software.
