SERVICEIT+ INC., an IT Software and Solutions Provider, with over 20 plus years of experience in the IT industry, is looking for an enthusiastic MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team of passionate and ambitious people.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a MARKETING SPECIALIST, you will build rapport with prospective customers by cold calling, offering resources (webinar invitations, white papers, relevant blog articles, etc.). You will also do research and identify client prospects via web/social media mining, as well as setting an appointment for Sales. Your tasks also need to connect with the client using call, email or social sites to generate initial interest, determine pain points and schedule a discovery call, free analysis or other appointment. You will have to manage expectations and overcome objections to get an appointment. Once a prospect shows interest, you need to assemble a prospect profile overview including bio, LinkedIn link, pain points, appointment time/date for sales. Additionally, you will coach the appointment with the prospect to ensure that it holds. If needed, you may also perform additional research, including ancillary stakeholders, profile building such as hobbies, interests, geographic area, school attended, etc.
Your tasks also require you to maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using a CRM tool, be able to reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
WHO YOU ARE:
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. You also need to be familiar with sales process and understand Marketing elements. You must have a stable internet connection (5 Mbps and above) to be able to work from home.
To succeed in this role, you must have good to excellent communication skills, with high energy and enthusiasm, resourceful and goal-oriented, and highly proficient in MS Office applications, Google Workspace, marketing tools such as social media sites, and CRM tools. Candidates with previous experience in leads generation are highly advantaged. Knowledge and experience in content creation will be a plus too.
